Healthy Insomnia...
It’s nearly 2:00a on a Monday morning.
This weekend I have had tremendous difficulty falling asleep. After a couple weeks of 10p bedtimes, I find myself perturbed at how wide awake I am again.
Instead of being annoyed at the lateness of the hour, I am grateful for the peace and quiet. Sometimes my Dad wakes up at 3a or 4a and has trouble going back to sleep. Between the two of us, we burn...
