This exchange right here between the President and the Supreme Court is potent and captures the problem with the current direction of our country. Never before has the President of the United States attacked the Supreme Court so publicly.
Their response: stone cold stares.
The President doesn’t define justice and should never intimidate in such ways. He has a right to his opinion, but shouldn’t call out the world’s highest, most prestigious court in the State of the Union address.
It is obvious that President Obama prefers the First Amendment be reinterpreted.
