The Heritage Foundation has been sharing shocking information over the past couple weeks on their blog. I recommend you bookmark it and read it often.

Today’s little tidbit of dynamite thrown in the hay pile comes from Representative Phil Hare, a Democrat from Illinois. He held a city hall meeting with his constituents and got way attacked in ways he would never have been able to imagine. He was asked whether it was Constitutional for the U.S. government to force citizens to purchase healthcare. His response: “I don’t worry about the Constitution on this to be honest.”

What this sad video shows is how discombobulated the Democratic party really is when it comes to preserving the Constitution and our Founder’s intent. Tim Schlittner, communications director for Rep. Hare, released a statement today that the video was taken out of context. I suggest Mr. Schlittner watch the video again.

Come November, Rep. Hare will feel the same gnawing, aching pain as these same constituents work tirelessly to make sure he never has a chance to step foot in the U.S. Capitol again.
